The Biz Mag finally caught up with one of our favorite poets, Mz. Jae one of our past features in The Bizness Magazine. On June 20, 2014 HISTORIC HYDE PARK became home to a little DysFunctional Behavior in a extremely
funny way as Mz. Jae played host to DysFunctional Fridays which was by no means a disappoint as comedian after comedian took the stage with some very hilarious
but very dysfunctional comedy that was intensely spine splitting and funny. The
Lineup included the very funny and talented Aaliyah Ford from North Carolina,
Khalil, Just Nesh, Ronny “ Phunny” George as well as Spoken word Artist Ed
Brooke, and Mz. Jae who by the way is a bit of a comedian herself as she did a
little of stand-up in between introducing each comedian. The headliner for the evening was none other than comedian STICK who was fresh off of tour with Eddie Griffin and Bruh
Man. The night rain with sounds of the old and new and if you were there and didn’t get a laugh then you were not human. DysFunctional Fridays takes place every Friday night Nestled in The Heart of historic Hyde Park lies the
Legendary Checkerboard Lounge known as The “Home of Blues”.
